Privacy and cookies

This page explains how Mecon Immigration uses the information you give on this site. It adds to the Casebound privacy policy, which covers the platform that runs this site, our client portal and payments.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, book a consultation or create an account, we collect the details you enter (such as your name, email, phone number and answers about your situation). We use them to reply to you, to provide the consultation and, if you hire us, to provide our services. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Where you came from

If you arrive from one of our ads or a link we shared, we record the campaign it belongs to (for example its “utm” tags or the ad network's click reference), the page you landed on and the website that referred you. We keep this with your enquiry so we know which of our ads and posts help people find us.

Ad measurement cookies

This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent, by replying to any email from us. Information about an enquiry that doesn't lead to a consultation is deleted automatically after a period of time.
